How it works
You connect your facility data through integrations like Sitelink or Storable. ZeroFill syncs vacancy and unit information, so you can reserve vacant units in the platform. Each reserved unit is documented as a sponsorship expense. We track every vacant day and help you capture savings at your marginal tax rate—typically $50–200 per vacancy per month depending on your bracket. After a free 30-day trial, pricing is 5% of rent per vacant unit.
