Introduction
ZeroFill ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ZeroFill platform for self-storage operators. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (e.g., name, email, company name, facility information, phone number) when you sign up, contact us, or use the platform. We also collect usage data and technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type) to operate and improve our services. When you connect integrations (e.g., Sitelink, Storable), we receive facility and unit data necessary to provide vacancy tracking and reporting.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the ZeroFill service; to process subscriptions and billing; to communicate with you (including transactional and support emails); to send product updates and, where permitted, marketing; and to comply with legal obligations. We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and our instructions.
Subscriptions and billing
When you subscribe to ZeroFill, we offer a free 30-day trial. After the trial, we charge 5% of rent per vacant unit for each unit you reserve in the platform. Charges are prorated (calculated on an hourly-rate equivalent) and invoiced monthly. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Your payment and billing data are subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We store only the information necessary to associate your account with your Stripe customer record and to display billing history.
Data sharing and security
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, email, payment processing, integration partners) as needed to operate the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Access to sensitive data is limited and we use encryption where appropriate.
