Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the ZeroFill website and platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Description of service
ZeroFill provides a SaaS platform for self-storage operators to track vacancies, reserve units as sponsorship expenses, and generate documentation for tax purposes. The service integrates with third-party facility management systems and is intended for use in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations. You are responsible for how you use the service and for consulting your own tax or legal advisors.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription plans include a free 30-day trial. After the trial, you are billed 5% of rent per vacant unit for each unit you reserve in ZeroFill. Billing is prorated: we use an hourly-rate equivalent of the monthly rate to calculate charges for partial periods (e.g., when you add or remove reserved units during the month). Invoices are generated at the start of each month and payment is collected automatically via Stripe. You must provide a valid payment method and keep your account in good standing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy (e.g., 30-day money-back guarantee where stated).
Account and use
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in violation of any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
Intellectual property and data
ZeroFill and its content, features, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your data. By using the service, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the platform (e.g., to store, process, and display your facility and unit data, and to generate reports). Our use of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes. You are solely responsible for your tax positions and for consulting qualified professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
